Tidelli participates in Casa Bossa 2021
From October 7th to 16th, Tidelli will be present at the decoration and design exhibition held at Casa Bossa, at Shopping Cidade Jardim. The event takes place in honor of the 10th anniversary of the São Paulo Design Week - DW! And it will bring together around 40 pieces by Brazilian designers who made history at Design Weekend.
Tidelli participates with the Quintal lounge chair, designed by Maurício Arruda and which is one of the brand's successes. Developed in the best homemade style, the piece has a light aluminum structure, with horizontal and vertical braiding of nautical ropes.
The designer says that the piece is a very old observation work of the classic tubular lounge chair with spaghetti cord, found throughout Brazil – from North to South – on balconies and backyards, and that is part of every Brazilian's memory.
Maurício Arruda recalls that when he decided to develop Quintal, he wanted to create an outdoor lounge chair that would be extremely comfortable, durable, with quality raw material and 100% Brazilian workmanship. Using Tidelli's cutting-edge technology and the manual work that is part of the brand's DNA, working with the contemporary style, the reinterpretation gained a wider structure and a differentiated inclination.
For the designer, Quintal and Tidelli is like a perfect match. “When talking about outdoor furniture in Brazil today, it's impossible not to talk about Tidelli,” he said.
